Accreditation
Both Vejer & Måler in Aalborg and in Hirtshals are accredited for inspection,
according to the standard DS/EN ISO/IEC 17020:2005, by the Danish accreditation body DANAK.
We perform, document and guarantee impartial inspection, including:
Weighing on
decimal scale, automatic scale, histogram scale and weighbridge, including visual weighing
Sample-taking of
fish, water, oil, sludge, silage, food, frozen goods, grain, etc.
Inspection of scales and petrol pumps under the control of the public authorities
in accordance with agreements with the Safety Technology Authority under the Danish Ministry of Economic and Business Affairs.
Inspection of consignments
of goods, including volume/number and visual inspection of the condition of the goods
Tallying of goods
according to client-specific orders
Measurement of temperatures
including fresh and frozen goods according to client-specific orders
An accredited service ensures the client:
- that the service is performed independently and impartially
- that the service is provided according to the company’s own quality control system with described procedures
- that the company has internal quality control
- that the company is audited annually by DANAK
- that all employees possess professional skills, knowledge and experience
- that all data is 100% correct
- that the service can be provided whenever it suits the client
- that the service is documented on an inspection report bearing DANAK’s logo
- that the issued inspection reports are valid throughout the EU and in many other parts of the world
DAN EYE is recognized and accredited by the most important international organizations, including GAFTA and DANAK.
